Crêpes
A Crêpe is a very thin type of pancake.
There are two types of crêpe: sweet crêpes (crêpes sucrées) and savoury galettes (crêpes salées).
Crêpes can be served in a variety of ways, with various fillings.
The simplest with only sugar and lemon, to the flambéed Crêpe Suzette or elaborate savoury galettes. as in Crepe aux Fruit de Mer (Crepes of fruit of the sea)
