So easy to make and so much better than shop-bought Croûtons
Sour Dough bread will give you a much crisper and denser Croûton, especially when served with soups.

Ingredients

  • 2 Slices Sour Dough Bread

  • Butter

Directions

  • Heat the oven to 175 c/ 350 f
  • Butter the bread on both sides
  • Cut into cubes, the same thickness as the bread
  • Place into the hot oven and bake for about 15 minutes of until golden brown
  • Serve or let them cool and store in an airtight container for future use
