Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some frequently asked questions about the beef brisket burger recipe:

What Is A Brisket Burger?

If you don’t know this already, brisket burgers are made out of ground brisket meat. The best part is that you will get a classic beef burger flavour. That is because the meat is ideal for grounding and creating patties in no time.

So, if you like the brisket cut of the meat, you can opt for this burger. Many people also keep the patty classic and instead add brisket cut slices into the burger instead of bacon. You can decide what you would like best for your brisket recipe and choose accordingly.

Is Brisket A Good Meat For Burgers?

Yes, brisket is a great meat for burgers because the brisket muscles support at least 60% of the cow’s body weight. This means that the brisket has a lot of connective tissue, making it great barbecue meat. You can slow-cook the meat till it melts in your mouth.

On the other hand, you can also grind the meat to create patties out of it. Of course, it depends on you what you prefer and the taste you want for the burgers. Once you figure this out, you will have an incredible burger at your disposal.

What Sides Can I Serve With Beef Brisket Burger?

There are endless sides that will go well with the beef brisket burger. This includes coleslaw, potato salad, baked potato, mac and cheese, corn on the cob, roasted vegetables, roasted potatoes, baked beans, and much more. We recommend that you choose a lighter side because the burger will be very hearty.

For example, it is best to stick to vegetables as a nice side since the burger already has a lot of meat and carbs. So, if you want to enjoy a balanced meal, make sure that you serve vegetables with the brisket burger.

What Kind Of Burger Buns Are Best For A Brisket Burger?

You can use various types of burger buns for the brisket burger, including regular buns. However, a fresh brioche bun will also work incredibly well. It will enhance the flavour profile of the burger and ensure you get a lot of taste out of it. Of course, you can also use ciabatta rolls, high-quality white buns, and much more. We recommend that you don’t use anything too hard as it will not go well with the juiciness of the brisket. So, even the bun must be soft and tender but firm.
