    Frequently Asked Questions

    How To Store Macaroons?

If you cannot eat all the macaroons within a day, it is best to store the pieces in an airtight glass jar. The container will keep your macaroons fresh and help them retain their crispy texture. Leaving them in the open air can cause the pieces to soften up a bit.

    How Are Macaroons Served?

Typically, macaroons are served after cooling them properly. Remember you must transfer the pieces from the baking tray to a wire rack for this purpose. If you allow them to cool on the parchment paper, the pieces may stick to the paper.
